After weeks, months and years of sitting through tedious lectures, reading voluminous textbooks and navigating the complexity of medical literature we had to find a better way….an alternate way.
The Common Rounds (much like Grand Rounds) is our solution. A podcast, a resource centre and an opportunity to explore, learn and navigate the complexity inherit in medicine. An alternative approach, a discussion and sharing of ideas that is both entertaining and informative. Welcome and we hope you’ll enjoy the journey that is The Common Rounds – Medical Education By Medical Students For Medical Students.

I recently stumbled upon your podcast and just wanted to compliment you on a job well done. It is a great way to learn and review. I’m a PA student currently on clinicals and I listen to episodes on my drives back and forth to the hospital. Thank you for sharing.

I am currently finishing my final year of my undergraduate degree in cell and molecular biology. I am applying for medical school this summer. I love the opportunity to listen to any information and gain knowledge when available. I stumbled upon your podcast by accident and couldn’t be happier that I did. The information is well presented and the way it is presented helps to keep the audience captivated. I appreciate the two person podcast giving each episode the feeling of a conversation rather than just speaking to the audience. The dynamic it creates is fascinating and keeps even the hardest subjects to understand captivating and entertaining. Thank you for all the work that your team does and I hope to continue to hear new podcasts on the endless supply of subjects. Thank you for all that you do.
